Consultant

I approach consultation from a client-centred, strength-based perspective – Exploring the unique needs of organizations, their employees, and the communities they serve.

I have engaged in numerous means of community consultation and research with a range of organizations who were facing a particular challenge and required immediate solutions. Specifically, I have been a consultant for organization such as Corrections Canada, The Immigration Education Society, Alberta Association of Immigrant Serving Agency, le Réseau en Immigration Francophone de l’Alberta, and Portail de l’Immigration Association.

Further, I have delivered several professional development workshops, most recently focusing on diversity and anti-racism in psychology training.
